Once your pre-approval application has been approved you will be shown the highest amount you are approved up to on a 9-month term. You may also view your pre-approval application details on your dashboard. This will show the date, full name, loan term, rate, pre-approval amount, and status of the application.

The pre-approval amount is the total amount you are approved up to.

E.g: If you’re pre-approved up to $5,000 CAD and your rent is $1,500 CAD, you will be granted $3,000 CAD.

E.g. 2: If you’re pre-approved up to $5,000 CAD and your rent is $3,000 CAD, you will be granted the full $5,000 CAD.
